Educate Your Son

Gender based violence is an issue that the law system chooses to ignore. Women are often asked why they were alone, what they wore and why they were in the area they were in. This results in victim blaming, which is incredibly invalidating and mentally damaging. We should be educating boys from a young age about rape and assault and the part that they may potentially play in it, including with silence and ignorance.
